ThreatLabs processes your personal data when you make use of our website and/or because you provide that data to us yourself.

Retention

ThreatLabs does not retain your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data was collected. The (default) retention period is 12 months.

ThreatLabs only provides personal data to third parties if this is strictly necessary for our services or to comply with legal obligations.

Tracking and cookies

ThreatLabs (deliberately) does not use cookies or similar techniques.

Viewing, amending or deleting personal data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any permission you have given for your data to be processed or to object to the processing of your personal data by ThreatLabs. You also have a right to data portability; this means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold on you to you or to another organization designated by you.

You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data or to withdraw your permission or object to the processing of your personal data to privacy@threatlabs.eu. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

ThreatLabs would also like to point out that you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (i.e., Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

How we secure your personal data

ThreatLabs takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
